Lifebox is vegan-friendly and doesn’t contain any products that use ingredients containing gluten or dairy products. Many of the products in our boxes contain nuts or seeds, or are produced in an environment where contamination from these allergens is possible.

You can easily send any of our single boxes or subscriptions as a gift; we offer gift messaging that you can add to your order and we will print it onto a card with the box.

Our Lifebox crew are constantly and painstakingly scouring the health food world to analyse and select only the highest quality products to go in our boxes to ensure you receive the most nourishing and supreme health foods.

We only source products from health food brands (big and small) that share our obsession to provide you with wholesome, natural and real food products. These “chosen ones” must adhere to 2 or more of our specific Lifebox Rules:

UK BASED, REFINED SUGAR FREE, ORGANIC, GMO FREE, RAW, VEGAN, SUSTAINABLE, FAIRTRADE, GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, WHEAT FREE, NO PRESERVATIVES OR ADDITIVES

We try and support small and emerging companies like ourselves and we endeavour to only include products that do not contain artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, food additives, trans fats, artificial flavourings or colours, MSG or high fructose corn syrup however we CANNOT GUARANTEE that absolutely every product is free from EVERYTHING that we have listed here.

Each monthly box across our range contains a minimum of 11 healthy snacks, drinks and wellness products designed for you to incorporate easily into your every day lifestyle whether it be taking our products with you to work or “on the go” or trying out some new ingredients in your own homemade dishes or trying out one of our delicious recipes included in our boxes.

A monthly box is designed to last you 2-4 weeks (although many customers are so excited by the fabulous new products much of their box is gone within 1-2 weeks!) Take one product with you to work one day, or make one of our recipes the next – easy little incorporations into your current lifestyle.

Yes! Lifebox aim to cram as many top quality products into each box as humanly possible (a minimum of 11 per box) and the cost of the box is usually around 50% lower than the combined RRP of the contents!

Lifebox strongly supports organic farming and agriculture, however not all products we put in our boxes will be certified organic. This is due to some companies not yet acquiring their certification despite maintaining clean and green production as it may just not be possible. We always try to ensure each product has been made to nourish the body in a sustainable and ethical way.

If you are not happy with your box, you can return it to us for a full refund. T&Cs apply, so get in touch!

Delivery / Postage

Nope, but who wants a tiny box like that?

If you are not in when you Lifebox arrives and have not specified a safe place then the delivery company will leave a card telling you where to collect your parcel from or how you can rearrange delivery.

We send single boxes every weekday, standard delivery is 2-3 working days via Royal Mail 48 Tracked but we can offer a next-weekday delivery service by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked as long as you order before 1pm. Subscription boxes are despatched within the first 5 working days of the month.

Afraid not. After Brexit we now solely ship to UK as the prices to ship our heavy boxes became prohibitive.

You do not need to be in or sign for the box. If it is likely that you are not in to receive your box please specify in the ‘order notes’ section of the checkout page, a safe place to leave it.

Recycle or re-use it please! The outer wrapping is designed to protect the goods inside your box to reduce the amount of movement during transit and to ensure you Lifebox arrives to you in the best possible condition. It is also to reduce the amount of replacement boxes and waste created.

Subscriptions / My Account

We provide the option to buy a monthly recurring subscription or to pay in full for a fixed term that doesn’t renew automatically. You can choose to have your first box delivered in the current month or wait until the following month; if you choose to have your first box delivered ASAP, the next box will be despatched in the first 5 working days of the following month. All subscription boxes are delivered free of charge.

Simply head to our homepage and click on the “my account” tab from the drop down HOME menu to update any of your account details or email us direct by clicking hello@lifeboxfood.com

Your Account may have been suspended if you have changed your account or credit/ debit card details. To check your details please login to your account. If you used your PayPal account to pay for your subscription, you will need to log in and update your payment details in PayPal.

If you are on a monthly subscription, your first automatic payment will occur on the 1st of the following month. If you have paid in full you will not be charged monthly unless delivery is being made outside the UK, in which case you will be charged delivery each month.
